If you have you may have been taken up with the display of old time-pieces and the reality of the difficulty early time keepers had in measuring the orbit time of the sun over 24 hours. Today there is a new struggle in measuring time. Of course the scale of preciseness is much better but the degree of accuracy sought is infinitely more precise.
